There should be a tag on the well with a number on it , take that info to the local government and they may have the specifications on the well , the depth, the recovery rate , the age , and possibly the size pump , talk to some local well drillers , they can give you an idea as to the possibility of the well going dry .

There is a steady influx of new businesses including tech companies like Facebook and Amazon into Columbus and as the state capitol, there is always a solid government workforce that is looking for housing.  

Either way, you should check the terms that govern the purchase and sale of the REO on that website.My understanding is that most lenders and auction website don’t allow contract assignment so if you are a wholesaler, this is an issue.You could double-close but again check the specific terms of the agreements on that website, because there could be restrictions to reselling the property straight away.

The SEC web page shows that DF is still under The Laws That Govern the Securities Industry. 

Is it a government loan that is subject to the foreclosure? 

It slows way down between March - August, with June-July being the slowest of them all.I'm interested in seeing if it's just a local, region, or nation thing, related to summer, vacations, weather, Government, or other economic changes in areas. 

Also if it is a planned development or HOA community you can also find out lots of information from the formal planners including civil engineers who helped plan the community who have further details including original documents that the county or town may not haveAlso, government offices such as DEHEC, US Army Corps and DNR are all valuable resources if you ever have any issues that relate to wetlands and they will conduct an investigation for free if it is required and you submit a request. 

I did some searching online, but I can't seem to get 100% clarity on this, does anyone know if there is a government regulated standard efficiency rating for new furnaces in Illinois (i.e. 80% / 90%)?     

When I drove through it looked like more of a government assisted income clientele more then regular working people.
