I have seen so much growth in Columbus when it comes to appreciation and job opportunities which I have experienced.

However, they are proposing dissolving that partnership and allowing original investors first opportunity  to participate in providing an additional 22% of our original investment, speculating a hold until 2026 with a 202% return on the new funds, resulting in a "blended return" of about 36% total return of our original+ new invested funds.

I have been blessed to own a few properties with ADUs that have allowed me to quit my job early last year. 

I'd may send a copy of the rent increase letter by certified mail but maybe not, depending on what all i'd learned so far.I'd always be respectful and positive and stress that the house isn't perfect but my duty is to fix what is broken and their job is to pay on time. 

Talk to them-did they finish the job that you are paying them for?
