Sounds like a scam @Anita Effendi .

It amazes me how many people feel like they were scammed by Morris.

Is there something other than a faulty tax-shelter and/or scam to consider here?  

I hate to say that this is a scam, but its hard not to feel or think it is, and I do hate to think and speak negatively of Clayton and his wife, who is now a big part of the MI company.  

"Automated search for off market properties" - LOL If you think people will provide a list like that be prepared to get scammed.

That same pm. scammed many other investors also.

We'll know more later this week.Appraisals are scams and you never know with them.

They just sick their attorney on whoever tries to run a scam, games, etc. and chalk it up to a cost of doing business.Where recourse starts to become a bigger deal on a loan is say you have a few million dollars of net worth.

You should try Googling:  "System Saturday review" or System Saturday Complaints" or "scam" and see what comes up.
