I've talked to a number of homeowners who have entered into an agreement with a PM that allows the PM to rent the home out on a ST basis while guaranteeing a certain amount per month to the homeowner.

I am hoping that I will learn something through this medium that I can use to successfully enter the world of real estate investing.  

I passionately want to enter into the real estate world and become successful.  

We've been saving our cash flow and entering into a new property every 5 years.
