I'm finally dedicating more time to my passion for real estate investing so I figured I'd drop my intro here now before I start posting.I'm 35 years young, a 15 year combat veteran, and currently own/operate a gun store in North Las Vegas as well as a CNC Manufacturing Facility that contract manufactures for firearm makers across the US and a few other continents as well.I grew up in Waterbury, CT and own properties there, as well as MT and NV.When I first got stationed in Las Vegas a little over a decade ago it was during the real estate boom and as a side gig I worked with property managers and flippers for a few years until the market crumbled.

Even if you could get to the decision makers and make them aware, it still takes a very long time and it does have to be listed on the MLS.I don't know if it's in your best interest to get involved with these Tenants...Our next meeting 3/29 covers Property Management, three companies will be presenting to us and April 26 Housing Court!

Old RE investor (30 yrs) and I read here posts withinterest and amusement.People here trying to convince RE investors to buytheir "deals" and make 50% on their "deals"I quess if investors are stupid enuf to fall for thisfine > a fool and his money is soon departedAny investor having cash knows the "goldenrule"He who has the Gold makes the rules.And yes I am really going to invest in a dealwhere the deal maker has less than 2-3 yearsin RE deals doing less than 10 deals.And also you just about fall all over foreclosuresanywhere you look now so why would I invest witha Novice I can trip over deals anywhere andeverywhere...........................I quess that is why investors operate by themselvesand make the good returns by themselves.Sharing is not part of the financial equation.SKI
