eXp does have a new ibuyer program being launched as we speak which will be in many major markets across the country with CA being the major one. 

Struggling with how I will handle this as well as I approach my launch, and mine is a 2/1.

Prices less than that tend to require a lot more rehab budget or, are unlikely to have the proper mix of location, size, amenities, etc to have a strong ROI.If you follow @robbuilt from BP you'll see he just posted on his IG story a link to my most recent STR I launched for a client! 

Hopefully the profits from that will launch me to where I want to go.
