Being the reality star of a TV show about flipping does not mean that that person was successful in his real estate business.  

I have found this site to be very helpful because it can connect you with some very good contractors that are not as well known as the big companies you see and hear on tv and radio.

It's not as flashy or cool and no one will make a reality tv show about it. 

One had gone to a $25,000 weekend course with with reality TV stars.  

I am pretty sure that what is currently happening in Dallas is similar to that of a very hot sale publicized/marketed on the ads/tv.

Be careful of the ones that want to only want to sell you their education, especially the ones with TV celebrities in them.

But the TV shows have glorified "flips" and now everybody thinks they can do them and make lots of easy money.
