Unless you're in the millions, with spohiscated investors, I would advise you stay away from any syndication because there are also compliance issues and reporting if you get sideways of the exemptions mentioned and that can happen on an "after the fact basis" so be very careful.

I understand that a service animal is not a pet, but I do not want the other tenants in the building to think I am not enforcing the pet policy, or being unfair to them by not allowing them to have a pet when they see an animal around.Can I send a notice to the other tenants in the building, notifying them that a service animal is in the building in compliance with Fair Housing laws?
