It does seem a bit pushy to me, and my feelings may get in the way of being successful at that, but at the same time it is true that all these people would get in the end is a eviction notice and ruined credit, but atleast they can save their credit to get another house...How late in the foreclosure will a lender let it be payed off?

Roanimare,I was in my local Home Depot yesterday pricing out countertops and noticed their pricing for granite countertops.

I have been noticing lately that people in america have no clue at how easy wealth is to build. 4 years ago I couldnt even buy groceries, no I have a corvette, harley, and we just sold our boat because of time constraints, not bad for a dumb kid.

As a result, I noticed a trend in the taxing entities having large increases in assessed values.

I've notice their doing that a lot here in most area's of GA.
