Sorry, but this whole thing sounded like a scam from the beginning.  

But, I suspect it is one of those guru made up scamming terms like "Flex Options".

Some are good, some are bad (a few being even scams) so do your due diligence (meet with them, see their work, call references, look at online reviews, ask around, etc.)

(don't buy in to those internet scams with certificates, silly vest and collars; even if they say they have lawyers behind them, they are FOS) If there is no apparent need for the "service dog" (what is this guy blind or something?)

This guy might be a scam, but he also might not be.

So called Gurus and Mentors are a whole entire scam at this point.

I just saw this thread on a similar discussion and wanted to share that foreign scam operators are posting identical ads and directing the callers to them where they do a collect credit cards for background checks and deposits.

But what about the 295 people who called and I made an idiot of myself and sounded like I was trying to spin some scam?

And wondering if not recording the deed until the end isn't therefore a smart legal strategy to avoid being scammed by a bogus lien in the future.Thanks

I watched a you tube video of this wholesaler telling about the first time she got scammed on a JV deal.
