No body really knows how the economy might turn out but that won’t matter if we don’t live long enough to see it. stay safe guys #thistooshallpass 

During that 10 years it helped my body feel better and more relaxed which then helps with higher production levels and dealing with stress.

In other words  we basically have an everyday program that our bodies and minds have adjusted too.

Everyone should boycott them anyway, based on fat content.

But, I believe you really need to talk to them in person, see their body language, do they smell like smoke, do they bring weird people with them to view the apartment, etc. 

I know if I hired one to take care of a property, there would be a fat bonus at the end of the year if there were no problems and I was making money because of their good management.

And in the past, for less credit worth tenants, we take two months rent deposit, but with rents in the $2,000+/month, we're take only one month, (NY state now limits it to one month) and if we quibble over every little hole in the wall, no body gets anything back, and we'll wind up in court every time.

I really wish that you can maybe replace their A/C to a new one but you have a big fat wall in front of you.

You don’t ask the fat guy for fitness advice and you don’t ask the ford salesman for Chevy advice.
