I guess its sometimes tough to desscribe why that's so important - I simply feel that having accumulated wealth rapidly, even in a 401(k) that I can't spend for personal leisures, I will have access to opportunities that are not available to those of lesser net worth.Again, my financial goal is simply to increase the net worth of Scott Trench as rapidly as possible, to control as much money as possible, and to reap the benefits that high net worth brings.  

Does someone play the TV, but the have nothing on the walls, well that sound of the TV will go straight though the room to the other apartment, do you have hardwood floors?

Landlording is strictly free time; instead of watching TV I manage my properties.Incidentally I would be wary of buying tenanted units.

When I'm relaxing, I'm probably in front of the TV, laptop on the coffee table, and totally incapable of getting anything productive done.

Those who want a big hotel room so they can sit inside and watch TV and sip on a soda in the bed can go to the damn hotel!!

get a HG TV flipping show then get on the circuit and let the fulfillment companies do all the work..
