Ramon Jenkins Would the new Time of Sale Requirement ( TOS ) law delay closing or create more seller finance opportunities in Milwaukee?
15 September 2015 | 11 replies
As far as seller financing, I don't see a connection there, other than maybe a handful of sellers out there who otherwise would've been hamstrung by knowing they'd have to do all sorts of work to their property before being able to sell it, but I'd guess they'd generally be people without the cash on hand (or credit) to have the work completed and those aren't going to be people looking to do any seller financing, if you're already tight on cash, you're going to want to get whatever equity you have in that house handed to you in a cashier's check at the closing, not enter into some land contract deal.
