Powerful enough to tow heavy rental equipment and roomy enough for a family of tall people for weekend driving.

You dont save any money by decreasing the frequency of the cuttings , If the grass is twice as tall as normal the landscape company charges you twice as much . 

Personally I think rates will inch up slowly, but I don’t think they will be “normal” for a very long time.

What I look for is stuff like garbage bag windows, boarded up windows and doors, over-filled mailboxs, unkept garden/flower bed, tall grass and exterior house paint chipping away.When I've approached some of these houses, many of the home owners were nice people, have no problems with their finances and not looking to sell whatsoever. 

Finding a multifamily to house hack is becoming an increasingly tall order, especially with limited inventory and battling through multiple offers.

If I want them to trim bushes and small trees under say 10 feet tall then I might pay an extra 100 to do that once every 4 to 5 months.
