We also use Google maps to do some preliminary visual evaluation of properties, but we have come to find out that the images are outdated, addresses are wrong, and just not high enough quality to be a dependable research tool.

Also - just realized who the stellar op was ;) - let me know what type of design you're looking for and I might be able to put you in touch with the right person.I just hired a guy who is doing some webpage design templates for me, and another guy who did some phenomenal logo-style images!

I know there are plenty of people using 800#'s successfully but in order to make it work your going to have to project a professional image in everything you do.

My plan was just to require the tenant to handle that, but that may be problematic if I'm required to be on the bill.I've attached an image to give an idea of what the neighborhood is like.

At that point I could take less corporate/wedding "work" gigs and just focus on my creative endeavors.

Doing a google image search of microwave in a drawer, I see a cup of coffee in one pic.

Hi @Joshua Chapin if you Google images modified shipping containers and just browse through the images you can get some great ideas as well as find some companies that sell the containers as well as do the mods for you, many of which give you the option to have electrical and hvac installed.
