c'mon man...its very difficult to evict tenants in certain areas (mine included) if they're breaking rules in your lease but still managing to pay rent...how will he prove in court that the noise was too loud (which is subjective btw), or that they put trash on your lawn??

It is no different than a noise issue.I would speak to the tenant, tell him that dope smoke is disturbing tenants and he will not be permitted to do it in the building.

Renters will find many ways to complain and so property management ratings on yelp do not provide a valid metric because the larger the company the more chances for renters to complain and property owners reviews would get "drowned out" from the noise of that.
