Typically you can buy and sell homes with no credit, but that means that you have to prove to other people that you can use their money to further themselves with the weight of bad credit holding you down.

I am weighting the cost/benefit options at this point.

So I see them breaking quickly from all of the weight.

Because of the added weight can cause the roof to buckle or fall.  

At the very least, he/she would likely be willing to pull a CMA for you, but keep in mind that it's likely weighted to your advantage.

The addresses in previous years were heavily weighted to lower value properties, probably reflecting subprime loans.  

So I'd suggest that you put some weight on and grow out some facial and/or body hair.

So in my operating agreement, I guess I wasn't distinguishing between ownership & equity vs voting rights and gave them the same weight. 

That said, I believe that the profitability of short term rentals will continue to decrease until maybe only the industry heavy weights or the owner occupants can stay afloat.
