The catch is that the populations are all recent.. recent as in, massive booms in the last 40 years when suburbs ruled the development world, and density didn't necessarily increase except in the most urban and highly commercialized sections of the city (city centers primarily, which is mostly class-A prime real estate). 

I called their help center and unfortunately found them less than helpful. 

Unfortunately, there are no real population centers (over 100k people) within 2 hours of where I am.  

To be honest a market that is centered more on nature attractions rather than manmade or "built" attractions, seems to not fluctuate so badly. 

Whether it was regular depreciation or bonus depreciation from cost segregation - same treatment basically: no immediate tax consequences. 

Its a nice shopping center in demographics that will continue to use the space.Is $130k too high or what would you offer with the information provided.

So, I asked if they could wait as I'd parked in the garage and I'd run and grab it as I was sure it must be in the center console or on the seat or something and run right back.

It’s only through investment of capital for marketing, software systems, lead generation, call centers, attorney drawn contracts, title searches, etc. can someone establish a VIABLE business.
