Few things bond people like eating McDonalds at 2am in the lobby LOL investing in this community has been life changing and the people you meet here will provide all the knowledge and resources you could ever need. 

., secured solid service vendors, recovered $7K in unpaid dues from one resident, updated lobby, made some general repairs, and upped dues $18.00 per month...the wrath I endured for 6 months was incredible - after severe harassment I resigned.

Half of the inside is nicely finished office space with a large lobby and 2 offices + file storage room.  

The fluid hydraulic catalytic cracking unit was going down (It helped us gain air dominance over Germany in WW2 in the European theater, but that is another story).

You might go old-school and post ads on message boards around some of the higher-paying companies in the area such as the hospital, the aerospace/tech/oil and gas company's lobbies, coffee shops near those high-paying companies, etc.

We could get all the services we needed plus the backing of a powerhouse hotel chain that could lobby for us regarding restrictions for STR homes etc.

Do some community theater.

I believe this varies state by state, but camera's are only allowed in common areas of rental properties such as halls, lobbies, mail room, etc.
