Pros:It’s very user-friendlyIt’s freeTransactions automatically import from my bank account and credit cardMy CPA can log in to review stuff and there are pretty nice tax reports that you can run at the end of the yearIt’s made for real estate investors so it’s tailored to be used for multiple properties and/or portfoliosCons:It’s not customizable like QuickbooksThere is no way to run a balance sheet so I have to reconcile with my bank statement outside of Stessa each month.

If you’re a trust fund kid with access to ample cash, you probably don’t need to read up on hard money loans and private lending (unless you want to employ leverage, in which case I congratulate you on being wise beyond your years).My point is that any discussion of which books you should read should be tailored to you and the areas you want to improve.

I don't have a preference for thickness one way or the other and instead tailor that towards the floor I am working on - if the floor has a lot of variation in it, you want a thinner plank that can follow the contour.
