(Ask about STAGING too).Hint: if it's your BUYER suggesting you save money by not using an Agent - BEWARE!

I would guess just the hint the holdover tenant could give you cold feet may prompt the owner/agent/manager etc to help the transaction along (no one gets paid until you close, for example).This is not specific landlord tenant advice but simply an idea on the leverage points in any real estate transaction.

And here's a hint:  none of the large banks specialize in investment properties. 

Does anyone have any hints as to what the next steps will be or have a ballpark idea of how long eviction will take?
