Hello All-Long time lurker here; I've been reading and soaking up as much as possible the past 2 years, and have recently come across my first potential deal.Background-  I have been discussing strategies and seeking mentorship from an Agent friend who is also a RE investor.

And yes I was talking about earnest $$ but Im soaking up info from all responses!!

Hello all,I created a profile a little while ago and have been steadily soaking up information from the forums/podcasts/etc - thought it was time to introduce myself with a post.I'm currently living in the Seattle area and recently purchased a rental property(small 4 units) down in Tacoma. 

Find a professional who knows the game and make sure you soak up as much as you can from them.Hope this helps!

As Bjorn said the wood will soak up the water from the concrete and will rot. 

When this happens, you have to go to family and friends because that's the only way you won't get soaked on that urgent money.
