We could have actually had the price in the mid-$130s if we hadn't splurged a little on the floors with "heart pine" upstairs to match the original floors downstairs or gone with typical insulation instead of the expanding foam insulation.

If you have a tighter, new windows and today's standard insulation or over insulation then maybe EBB.at a frame apartment building besides insulating the attic we also blew in insulation in the walls from the outside, then install 1 inch rigid foam on out side and tyveked before installing new siding, and we also installed all new windows and new gas hot air furnaces in every unit.
