They show very well in photos.  

So that respect it seems kind of expensive. but again, I personally have not hired any of these coaches.

I certainly don't owe any favors to someone who is not respectful to the property, their Increases are without a 2nd thought. 

STR is much different than MTR in amenities and the avatar of your guests.Who took your photos?

Especially if you/PM have photos, videos, police report, etc of the home before and after this guy came through, creates a damning story/video.
