Hello, I've recently purchased raw land, and I am wondering what my first steps should be moving forward.

Cannabis is just a simple herb.Was checking on raw material suppliers and market for those secondary product.

I am currently in the knowledge acquisition phase of this hopefully long and fruitful journey and will be looking to move on our first deal sometime in the next few months (assuming we find the right deal!). 

However, I think the SGF market will continue to stay strong due to expansion of local industries, even after a slight correction or leveling out.The raw land we are currently developing is what we picked up in the downturn between '07-'10 at foreclosure/bankruptcy pricing. 

     The other option is to look into just tearing it down, and selling the raw land.  

Once my marketing and networking start showing fruit in Nashville, I'll set the trigger for San Diego. 

Not that I am “there” yet but 40 units later I am living like most people can’t and starting to really enjoy the fruits of my labor.

Is Property Management not a fruitful career and business in and of itself?

I am looking at purchasing some raw land to build my home on.

I think the upgrade of the units pays off and probably make it more fruitful on a refinance loan.
