Normally I get the reCAPTCHA prompt (several times per day) but I have found a work around for that with a Chrome Plugin that allows me to get get 30 reCAPTCHA "passes" at a time.I understand the desire for BP to protect against attacks and scrapers that may use VPNs, but many smart people use VPNs  as well, so all this really does in the end is upset the paying members. 

They always return calls promptly and will explain expenses.

Part of the problem is that there is no blanket standard across the board and the only one (blanket standard) that DOES exist across the board is so vague that it typically prompts emotionally discussion across the board because of those who are inexperienced in this aspect of the quality of life for the disabled typically stereotype the legitimate disabled community with the fakers that are out there. 

Interview SBA lenders more and verify how prompt they are and how quickly they can get the deal together.

That will prompt them to take action against you, which at this point might be exactly what you want meaning, you want to get engaged with these people who are currently ignoring you. 

I like it - returns have been "almost" as expected and quarterly deposits are made promptly. 

This issue can be avoided completely by transferring the property into a land trust.While a transfer to an LLC will cause alarms at the bank and prompt them to send you a letter, a transfer to a trust will not.
