I find your sentiment offensive somewhat.

And yes, I can maximize profit and be an excellent landlord that offers a great place to live, at the same time.One of my clients holds a number of apartments that he lets another associate of mine arbitrage for short term travelling nurses. they have just made an awesome gesture allowing the health professionals on the front lines of this FREE rent.. of course it takes both parties to agree to this the owner has to allow the arbitrager to not pay payments and the arbitrager needs to be able to go without income.. 

Of course there is also a possibility this is some BS story she made up, but the first scenario sounds more plausible, especially if she had been a good and responsible tenant up to this point.BTW generally speaking you can't get unemployment payments if they fire you for cause and not showing up for work is generally a fire-able offense for which no unemployment payment can be claimed.

Refreshing to see this instead of the typical "my property manager sucks" BP post.My company is on the front lines and it's damn hard right now.

If someone smokes, they have no idea how offensive that smell is to people that don't.

I have total respect for these two individuals.And I know many could not afford this form of charity but I think those that can this just shows that Americans  can and will Rally especially now with our health professionals on the front lines.. 

I really like what Brandon and David Greene talk about on the podcast which is that cash flow is defense and appreciation is offense.
