My numbers on that property are good now, although it took a year for me to sort out exactly what we wanted to do with it. 700k duplex, single story, about 2,500 sq ft total building size. 1500 sq ft for the 3 bed/2 bath with pool and 1,000 sq ft 2/1 small private yard on the other.
