If they keep stalling the money by requiring more and more and more and more information about the house, I could end up losing my chance at getting the home under contract right this minute.

There is a crappy 2 stall garage out back no one is using with no power currently run to it, could potentially add monthly storage fee or rent it out to 1 of the tenants for x/mo.   

But they are not service dogs from what i have seen.Did you ever see her with a miniature horse as her guide animal? 

Why am I putting the cart before the horse?

I offer to call the loss mitigation dept on her behalf to get the payoff via phone and crickets...so my question is....is she stalling?
