That helps get you in the mix of people doing what you want to do in your market.

I have built a portfolio using owner occupied loans and I also help other investors do the same.

Also, an "eyes on the block" neighbor can be helpful.

Another thought too, with multiple properties, if you use QuickBooks Online Plus version, you can use the class code feature/module to track income & expenses by property.Hope this helps!
