Fun time to be in.

Landlording's not fun anymore.   

Now the fun part starts, REHAB.

I am not leveraged on this house so I can sell and start fresh but have no idea really the safe way to get started. 

The cites and communities ringing the lakes are still affordable and offer access to fresh water and more moderate weather.

I saw Keystone Funding had great reviews but was not sure if you were affiliated or just kind of using the name to drum up dumb fresh investors(which again, I now understand is not the case!).

I'm sure you could have grown the business on  your own, but you're probably having more fun and success doing the tasks you were assigned in the partnershipGino
