I've been chewed out by agents for backing out deals with low(er) DDs because I did my DD and found too many issues, and I have had some try to pressure me into massive DDs which I did but fortunately did not win.

Fortunately I’m in a spot to be able to decline them and still get booked, but 99% of issues I’ve ever had with airbnb guests were from guests with no reviews who started issues on the property or had problematic stays almost every time like clock work.

Fortunately for me my lending bank had title insurance which covered it because it took over 75 hours of research and digging through files in the basement of the county courthouse going back almost 150 years to turn up actual proof that the right of way existed which would have cost me about $6000.
