Question• Has anyone formed an llc to start and fund their 1st real estate purchase using a SBA loan?

For me, on my properties, it's been pretty good.

These days the hardest part for me is finding & keeping qualified contractors for the work that always needs to be done.

Rodrigues he’s done a ton of loans for me and clients and he’s always priced better and is super helpful the whole way through a loan 

I know a cost segregation study would be too expensive for such a small amount of property, but is it permissible for me to estimate the value of the components on my own?
