Investment Info:Mobile home fix & flip investment.

Specific example,  I tell all my owners that any minor repair less than $150, i will fix for free.   

We work 95% with investors so our business model is a bit different as many of our clients are repeat business.

I am looking at 1031 possibly or just fixed refi/or use my heloc for the time being on a value add for a building 10-40 units (market dependent on price). 

We raised $4.5 million in equity and got $4.5 million in fixed rate debt from Freddie Mac at a 5.85% rate.

The leads are available to all of the people who use those platforms and they are made available to all those people at exactly the same time because its inherent in there business model.

You get a new property worth $1.5 million and you go about fixing that up and raising its value for the next move.Is this accurate?

The particulars of a project, whether fix & flip (cash now), fix & hold (cash flow), rehab & reboot (cash out), is only one of many ways lenders decide whether to invest or not.
