As for my MTR listing, I have 100% occupancy on it but I have a very easy target MTR market of visiting scholars. 

I personally think being a landlord in Chicago is easy and I have never had an eviction. 

@Alex Washburn makes really good points - the process is definitely not easy. 

It's very easy to set up your accounts and to set up sub-accounts for each property if you want to, which is what I do.

What you want is, as they say: relatively simple, but not easy.

A handy search bar in the upper right makes it easy to find previous discussions, blogs, podcasts, and other resources.
