A good agent will be your eyes and ears, they will be the second set of eyes on your deal but more importantly they meet the contractors, the inspectors, appraisers, and other agents on your behalf.

Back in the day I had this huge key ring and would get really frustrated when I couldn’t get in a unit (or it would take 40 key tries) Saving minutes is worth the up front cost, at least to me.

The unfortunate thing is that much of that will fall on deaf ears when you post things with that tone.

Once this one is all ironed out and my next one comes through then I'll be giving you a ring. 

A little 4v Ryobi driver my wife got me as a freebie when she was getting a ear protection headphone for me.

Have a checklist of all the little things It really really makes a difference for quality reviews and return guests. 4) Tip cleaners and make sure they know How appreciated they are for being your eyes and ears on the ground. 

Put one in their mouth and rub them behind the ears.

I would make a list of everyone that you know -- literally everyone who's name you do or do not know, even the lady that rings you up at the carwash-- and either call them, or if you don't have a number, go see them and tell them you're a Real Estate Agent and need some houses to sell.
