I'll flood my brain with dopamine as I envision the faces of my prospective tenants when they walk through the apartment, or a young familys excitement when buying their first home.

Been racking my brain trying to figure that one out!

I've managed to get a hold of two more engineers who are accepting new work and will hopefully get one out so I can pick their brain a bit.

A post of his from about a year ago had stuck in my brain and he seemed like a great guy so I sent him a private message through BP asking for some info and recommendations.

Could be confusing for a newbie and it makes my brain twitch ;)4. 

So he's telling me that he's got it arranged with a buddy of his to do the move with him. 2) He has a brain injury & goes from being super nice to outright nasty, freaking out on me (when I try to encourage him to get on with his move).

I would reach out to a local real estate broker and pick their brain or even reach out to a lender and ask them about the different options they are throwing out at you.
