Now if you put tracking on your site you will be able to catch them with a cookie.The cookie will slowly build up over time and have all the people who have ever visited your site.

If your that worried about a leak or a heater going out I would take the money you save by not buying the warranty and put it in a cookie jar in case something pops up , kinda like a health savings account

You would not have cookie cutter apartments, it is likely you would have units per floor and fire separation might be difficult as well as utilities.  

You know those neighborhoods where all the homes look exactly the same in those upscale communities. Are they not worth it if someone was to wholesale those homes?

Make sure the place smells clean (better than cookies cooking) because renters are most interested in places that are clean, so you want that to be their first impression. 4.

When running your numbers you need to take into account the sub-market averages and not use cookie-cutter figures.
