I like to start with the least harsh chemicals and least abrasive scrubber first.

There are lots of refineries and chemical plants on the east/southeast side of town (I-10E & Hwy 225), so there is a decent base of people there who are working and have a reasonable paycheck.  

Id put in a concrete base, then put in synthetic material stairs.

Often you have the ability to check for previous fires, chemical issues and ambulance transports.

They can use a chemical on it to help get rid of the odor.

But what about the 'heat treatments' and chemical treatments (less expensive than heat!)

We were over at the house on Sunday and did discuss doing a chemical wash on the garage floor and then painting it, so that is right on the money.I agree, all the bushes need to be cut back and perhaps some of them removed, if for no other reason, so we can pressure wash and paint.Once again, thanks for sharing.
