You can lose your job, get high CC balances or say a lot of stupid things to the lender that will give them second thoughts to lend to you.

Here’s the big difference however...When a Tenant uses a Credit Card to pay rent they are on the ‘hook’ for the payment (if you call paying as agreed a ‘hook’)... there is no getting around it… if they place ‘chargeback’ it can easily be held up in court at a later date to force them to comply and pay their debt to the LL... if they fail to make their payment to their CC company... they are sent to collections... in other words...

I think the professional agents will be around for a long time....just my $.02on Car dealers Tesla is a HUGE DISRUPTOR Just pop on Tesla.com and see how easy it is to order your car in 5 minutes without ever talking to anyone.. price is the price there are 4 or 5 upgrades .. put your deposit on your CC and they build it for you..

I might suggest a bit more research in asking each provider some TOUGH questions as to HOW ACH and CC transactions are processed.In addition to trust but verify, my second favorite is "follow the money".
