I have looked at them as well as some other shipping container companies but since I am building an attached ADU, the accessory building has to meet similar design criteria to the primary residence.

In a zone district that allows the Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) use as accessory to aprimary single unit dwelling use (e.g., U-SU-C1 or R-MU-20), the second CIDU would beconsidered an attached ADU zoning use, and must be permitted as such.b.

Of course that takes the listing agent checking that flag when they input.There is also a field named "Accessory Unit" with a couple of different options....again it takes the input agent to flag those.You could also set up searches for description key words like Guest House, Accessory Unit, Pool House, MIL, Mother in Law, etc.There are not a lot of these unfortunately. 

Have you considered doing single family with a mother in law suite or accessory dwelling unit?

Go to airbnb.com and look up area 2 bed places and study the decor;  paint, furniture, accessories. 

Other areas to consider are Crown Heights, Weeksville and Flatbush.The best property type to target would be a multi-family with an accessory unit (i.e. full-finished basement/garden unit).Best of luck to you moving forward!
