Are there any available BP books that are translated to spanish?

Most of the properties we have is in or near San Antonio, Austion and I have some in Corpus Christi TX so if the realtor could speak Spanish that would be a great plus.

Hi All, I live in an area that has a large population that only speak spanish.

In Italian & Spanish I've been told it means "heaven" or "sky" :) Though I'm neither of those nationalities because I'm Filipino, funnily enough.

All the population growth seems to be moving south down the Uintahs in towards Spanish Fork.

My wife just got a degree in Spanish and her job oppurtunities increased 10 fold.All the detracting about college grads living with parents and bartending and all that crap is ridiculous.

There is a real synergy in Real Estate, the more you do the more you can do.

If I feel tension, if there is no synergy between me and seller, I do NOT want the listing, I do not want to manage a high maintenance seller.
