Have you considered that the Fed's printing money like water to buy our Federal Debt is really just a hidden tax on all citizens who try to save Dollars or expect the real value of their rentals to appreciate?

Then at the end of the year I just print out a report that has all my income and expenses and hand it to my accountant and done! 

Tatiana Gershanovich , assuming the house and land are owned free and clear, you can pay a surveyor to create a print showing the house separated from the land and the surveyor or you can file with the county for a new tax parcel ID.

Or who is leasing the unit.There should be a standard form that can be printed and filled out.

Another thing that takes a lot of extra time....is if you give documents, and your own printed summaries.
