Investment Info:Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

I’ve seen many buyers successfully execute this strategy over the years, turning such properties into valuable investments.

As a first time investor looking to make the first purchase on a multifamily home in and around the city of Columbus, OH, within the next 2-3 months, I wanted to ensure I have all the information I need to be able to quickly and efficiently analyze and decide on a property worth investing into.

I live in Phoenix area.I am new in real estate investing and looking to connect with my local investors. 

We want to start slowly investing in real estate.

However, if your flip is considered inventory (not an investment property), a 1031 exchange won’t apply.

So, I'm curious why you are ambivalent about investing in more.
