Hello everyone,I'm currently diving into the world of medium-term rentals in the Bay Area and seeking guidance from seasoned professionals or mentors who can offer insights and advice as I embark on this journey.

I'm not in Oakland right now (wish there was a general "Bay Area" category) but would like to find a 2, 3, or 4- plex that I can live in and rent out either in Oakland or elsewhere in the bay area. 

I'm renting out my Bay Area SFH to family members but if I were renting to strangers I would most likely use an experienced PM company. 

I have 7 furnished rentals in the Bay Area and many reservations come in through craigslist, word of mouth, etc.
