It's the only software I have tried so I don't know how it compares.What I can say is it's easy to navigate and they keep making improvements at the request of their user's suggestions.

I would talk to an STR-centric real estate agent in the area who can help you navigate these zones.

Because you are just getting started, I think long-term rentals would give more stability as you are navigating the rental market.
