I told him I don't see your rent dropping to 450 unless nothing is included so you would pay 1/3 cable, internet, water/sewage, etc which would end up being more than 500 anyway.

Wondering if there is a "best practice" for offering shared wifi to tenants when renting by the room.Seems like it would be important to offer this along with cable, utilities, laundry, etc... but wondering if this is something that should be charged back to tenants or just built into the rent.
