A large portion of the report focuses on economic opportunities for businesses, retail, shopping and entertainment.

From experience I noticed that a lot of people may not be interested in an item/product/service at a time but are willing to entertain a conversation as long as you are upfront.

The bank is local who I have worked with in the past and will be posting their notice in the paper in March and won't be able to entertain my offers until April 1st (this is all info from the agent).
