We run mostly our own crews, sub out electric, plumbing, hvac ... my electrician said hes so busy he hasnt had time to bill anyone for over a month, we have more than doubled our volume, He cant keep up with our stuff, i called four electricians today for quote to swap out panel box that he hasnt been able to get to.

You have to consider electricians charge about $100 per hour, plumbers are close to that, and construction crews go about $65 PER MAN on the job.
