along with buying notes.... or heck just invest with NOrris group they pay 6 to 9% like clock work no worries about anything.I think its super risky to mortgage your home and think your going to make the delta when your talking about buying rentals a long way away.. been there done that... there is a way to do those and they should stand on their own and IMHO your home should remain your California ace in the hole. 

If so, are there any tips on how to study well for each exam to ace it the first time? 

Knowing that, you already know that ace retain percentage will be liquidated during the course of estate administration. 

Hello Rehabbers,I am helping someone with estimates and would like to get your input on the best reasonable sources for these other than Lowes/Home Depot/Ace Hardware.

Its pretty nice, close to Ventura Blvd, have great tenants that are very loyal and have no desire to sell it.Here is my question to someone that can give me objective third party advice.
